This was a very comfortable stay at the Gate Hotel, our check-out was easy. The location was magnificent, at a medium distance from a historical square. Got double room with large bathroom & rain shower as expected, enjoyed it.

Had a nice stay in a comfy modern hotel located in the heart of historic Porto, really enjoyed location and staff. The breakfast had lots of options, slices of fresh bread, fruit, pastries, eggs and meats.

i thoroughly enjoyed brilliantly helpful staff, exceptional location. the continental breakfast in the dining room of the hotel was large. my twin room and bed were large. smooth check in and attentive service throughout my stay.

spotless and average rooms, attractive hotel. the staff was so polite, nothing was to much trouble and they was willing to help. buffet breakfast was simply delicious & consisted of slices of fresh bread, pastries, meats, fruit and eggs.

Room was particularly good, and the bed was comfy, would stay here again. I had a really nice time, the staff was very helpful. Breakfast options were delicious, I loved it. Awesome location, not very far from an ornate church.
